How we started
What began as a small family kitchen in Lebanon grew into a daily ritual for our customers across Kuwait. Each tray is hand-finished by bakers we trained ourselves.
We refuse shortcuts — semolina is roasted that morning, kashta is poured warm, and pistachios are inspected before they reach the kunafa.
