These terms govern your use of the Al Aridi Sweets website and services. By using the site, you accept these terms.

Acceptance

You confirm you are at least 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

Orders are confirmed once payment is successful. We may cancel an order if stock or delivery isn’t available.

Prices are in KWD and include applicable taxes. We may correct pricing errors before fulfillment.

Delivery times are estimates. Pickup orders require a valid ID at the branch.

Points are non-transferable, expire under our discretion, and may be adjusted in case of fraud or returns.

Gift cards are not refundable and expire 12 months from issue. Lost codes cannot be replaced.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order that the claim relates to.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait.
